1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Manufacturing defect is found
- Wrong product has been delivered
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Proof Requirement
To process any exchange request, proper proof is mandatory:
- Clear images or videos of the product
- Visible issue or defect
Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Must be returned in original packaging
- All tags should be intact
4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Only exchanges are allowed to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our policies.
5. Size-Related Exchanges
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.
- Size exchanges may be accepted based on availability
- Request must be raised within 7 days
- Product must meet all return conditions
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or worn products
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
7. Processing Time
Once your request is approved:
- Exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Replacement product will be shipped after quality check
